Trans March

The Trans March, originally called Trans Day of Resiliency, started at Pride 2016, and has been a staple event ever since. This event is for all trans, non-binary, and gender diverse folks, as well as those who are exploring their gender(s). All friends, family, and allies of the community are welcome.

Come out and make some signs with us before the march, or simply gather for the march and rally! Then, after the march, grab a slice of pizza, chat, and celebrate with the community. 

Whether you join us for the whole event or only part of it, we can’t wait to see you there. 

Where: Gather at Millenium Park, on the grassy area beside the Silver Bean Cafe! Look for the Pride Tent.
When: 5PM to 7:30PM (The March will begin promptly at 6PM)
Schedule:

• 5PM: Join us to create signs for the march and socalize before the event begins. Grab a snack and a drink, and make some art!
• 5:45PM: Time to get energized with a short rally! All are welcome to stay a few words.
• 6PM: TRANS MARCH WILL BEGIN!
• Approx 6:30PM to 7:30PM: Pizza and Community Social.

This is a free all ages alcohol and drug free event.
